To request a new Agency account, complete the top portion of a Request for New Agency Account form and mail to Gary Wilson at 1020 Budget Office.
Agency Budget transfers need Budget Office and Comptroller approval. Please make the request to the Budget Office and we will implement upon approval from both parties.
